      The second of the barrel series came after the unfortunate passing of one of the owners mothers and the beer was to be a dedicated to her. The imagery chosen was to be one of her favorite orchids and a female goldfinch, which was seen on her window sill at the time of passing. The name was hand calligraphy and we also incorporated her signature on the label.
